Participant pledge

Without our valued community, the research simply would not happen. We want to ensure you receive the highest level of customer service possible, have access to all the relevant information relating to our research projects, and feel safe and secure when participating in our paid studies, regardless of where you are based.

We aim to deliver the highest level of support to our research participants by operating with transparency, adhering to the latest data protection legislation, UXPA and Market Research Society Codes of Conduct.

Our participant pledge has been set out to:

✔️ Provide relevant and accurate information about all our paid research studies.

✔️ Ensure all our research opportunities offer a monetary incentive, whether that is an individual incentive or a prize draw.

✔️ Communicate clearly and professionally at all times via email, phone, and text.

✔️ Ensure all enquiries and requests are responded to within 24 working hours.

✔️ Ensure each participant booked to take part in a paid research session will receive clear instructions as to where they need to go via an email or post confirmation, a reminder email the day before the research (with all the information in the confirmation), plus a call on the day to make sure you have everything you need in preparation for the session.

✔️ Comply with the latest data protection legislation.

✔️ Comply with the Market Research Code of Conduct
