Prize draw terms and conditions
  1. The promoter of the prize draw is People for Research, whose registered office is at Suite 302, QC30, Queen Charlotte Street Bristol, BS1 4HJ.
  2. There is no entry fee or purchase necessary to enter our prize draws.
  3. To successfully enter the prize draw, you must complete the action or actions set out in the email invite/webpage/social media post (e.g. submit an application to a specific opportunity, complete one of our surveys, complete your PFR profile, follow our social media accounts and/or share our content, etc.), as well as follow these set-out terms and conditions.
  4. All the following prize draw details will be listed on the email invite/webpage/social media: prize amount and type, how the prize will be paid or sent to the winner(s), number of winners, dates and deadlines.
  5. Unless stated differently in the email invite/webpage/social media, People for Research will only consider a maximum of one entry per person into the prize draw. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  6. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  7. Unless stated differently in the email invite/webpage/social media, the winner(s) of the prize draw will be randomly selected from the group of participants that successfully enter the prize draw.
  8. Unless stated differently in the email invite/webpage/social media, the winner(s) should contact People for Research to claim their prize within a period of seven days once they have been notified. If a winner cannot be contacted or they do not claim their prize within the specified period, People for Research reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  9. Unless stated differently in the email invite/webpage/social media, People for Research will pay/transfer/send the prize to the winner within three working days after the prize has been claimed by the winner. People for Research cannot be held accountable for any delays or problems with the payment/transfer/delivery after the prize has been paid for and emailed/sent.
  10. All winners agrees to the use of their first name, surname initial and city/country of residence in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrant will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third-parties or the public without the entrant's prior consent.
  11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third-party connected with this prize draw.
  12. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend any prize draws or giveaways and these terms and conditions. Any changes will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  13. The promoter's decision in respect of all matters to do with the prize draw or giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered.
  14. By entering one of our prize draws or giveaways, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. They agree to be contacted by People for Research for results of the prize draw and related marketing activities.
  15.  The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
  16. People for Research comply with all current data protection regulations and the MRS Code of Conduct.
