Referral scheme

In this page you can find more information about our referral scheme, which applies to most (but not all) of our projects. By referring someone or applying to one of our paid research studies via a referral, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below.
This is how the referral scheme works:
✔️ The referral scheme is only valid when our projects clearly state it. Please note, not every paid research study will be part of our referral scheme.
✔️ For all projects that are part of the referral scheme, this information – including the specific referral fee amount for each project – will be clearly detailed in the project’s description on both the website, the questionnaire and any email campaigns we send out to our database.
✔️ In order for referrals to be valid and for the referral fee to be paid, the following conditions have to be met:
- The referred participant must successfully take part in the research they have been selected for.
- The name and email address of the person who referred the participant must have been submitted as part of the questionnaire at the time of the application.
- The person who referred the participant must have been signed up with People for Research themselves before the referral submission on the questionnaire.
✔️ Members of the People for Research databases can’t be referred, as they are already registered with us.
✔️ Self-referrals are not valid in any circumstance.
There are specific exceptions to these terms and conditions that cover other scenarios not described on this page. It’s at the discretion of the PFR team to pay these referral fees.
