People for Research are working with the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) to help improve the process of applying for pension credit.

They would like to speak to anyone who has had previous experience with applying for pension credit or those who are currently claiming it to help improve their services.

Research details:

  • Dates: up until the end of April 2025
  • Duration: 60-70 minutes
  • Location: UK
  • Incentive: £50-£70 voucher
  • Type of research: 1-2-1 online website testing and discussion
